SpamLot

SpamLot was a site I built that was designed to accept any incoming mail at any address ending in @spamlot.net. The idea was a good one, but admittedly was copied from the much more popular site Mailinator.com. However, the reason I built the site wasn’t to make one more clone of a popular site, but as a test bed for a self-written PHP e-mail parser. A raw e-mail is a very complicated thing, and so my parser took a while to write and I didn’t want it to go to waste. Due to low volume, however, I decided to shut the site down in March 2014. It is, however, still active in a way: when I shut the site down I decided to point incoming e-mails to Mailinator’s system. If you’ve sent mail to @spamlot.net recently, you can find it similarly to how you used to by going to Mailinator.com and typing in the address you used.
